I noticed when I was at Sam's club yesterday they had the Mint Truffle Stephens cocoa - 4 LB. can on clearance for $4.81. Stock up now and enjoy good cocoa next winter - and maybe even the next.

Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup powdered milk
2/3 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. Butter
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until all of the sugar is dissolved.
You can a few drops of water if the mixture is too thick.
Equals approx. 1 can sweended condensed milk.
